Please read these terms carefully before using the 33abd platform. By accessing or using 33abd, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33abd platform, including its sports betting, live casino, crash games, slot games, and all other services and products offered at 33abd.org (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location, but are written primarily for the Bangladesh market. 33abd may also publish supplemental rules specific to individual games, promotions, or tournaments. 33abd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. 33abd also reserves the right to close or restrict any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, has violated these Terms or is otherwise being operated in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of fair play. These Terms were last updated in January 2026.
Eligibility and Age Verification
The 33abd Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 33abd does not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. 33abd may request age verification documentation at any time and will suspend accounts pending verification where there is reasonable doubt about a user's age.
- You must register with accurate and truthful personal information, including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. The provision of false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be self-excluded from any gambling service or acting under a court order or legal restriction that prohibits gambling activity.
- You must open only one account in your own name. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in this clause. 33abd may carry out verification checks at any time and may require supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or to cooperate with verification requests will result in account suspension or closure.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must register an account. Registration is free of charge. By creating an account, you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under that account, whether conducted by you personally or by any third party who gains access to your account credentials.
- You must keep your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password, strictly confidential. You must not share them with any other person. 33abd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33abd immediately via the support contact details provided on this site. 33abd will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account.
- Each registered user may hold only one active account. If 33abd identifies that a user holds more than one account — including accounts opened under different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — all such accounts may be closed and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited at 33abd's sole discretion.
- 33abd may at its sole discretion close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. Prior to closure, 33abd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining balance will be addressed in accordance with applicable procedures at the time.
Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed, or at any time at 33abd's discretion. Accepted forms of verification documentation include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. 33abd may request additional documentation to verify a payment method or source of funds. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in withdrawal processing delays.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
33abd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the supported payment channels listed on the Platform at the relevant time. Currently supported methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile financial services operated by licensed providers in Bangladesh. Supported payment methods may change without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. There is no platform-side fee charged by 33abd on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 33abd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it may be reversed, and the associated account may be subject to review.
- Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as reasonably possible. Most withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are completed within five minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where a withdrawal is subject to additional verification.
- 33abd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 33abd may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
- All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed use the ৳ symbol. 33abd does not support transactions in any other currency. Any currency conversion attempted by your payment provider before funds reach 33abd is outside 33abd's control and may result in exchange rate differences.
33abd does not provide any form of credit to players. You may only bet using funds that are currently available in your 33abd account balance. Attempting to place a bet that exceeds your available balance will not be permitted.
Bonuses and Promotions
33abd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses are issued in good faith and are intended for recreational use. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in arbitrage strategies — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.
- 33abd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes modifying the terms of a promotion that is currently running where circumstances require it, such as where a technical error has affected the promotion mechanics.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new registrants only. A player who creates multiple accounts in order to claim a welcome bonus more than once is engaging in fraud and will be subject to immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds held in the same account are subject to the sequencing rules specified in the individual promotion terms. Generally, real-money balances are used first, followed by bonus balances, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
33abd does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. Promotional offers are subject to change, and past availability of a particular offer does not create any expectation of its future availability.
Sports Betting and Game Rules
All sports betting markets and casino games on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, game type, or event. Those specific rules are available on the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 33abd:
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player unless the Platform expressly provides for a cash-out or partial cash-out feature on that market.
- 33abd reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where an event result is declared void by the relevant sporting authority. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
- The results of live casino games are determined by the live game software and live dealer actions in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the result determined by the game server at the time of disconnection, where that result is available.
- Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event may apply and will be displayed on the relevant market or game page. 33abd is not obliged to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit for a market or game.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33abd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, verification, or bonus claims.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
- Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating that distorts the outcome of a game or sporting event.
- Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process the proceeds of crime, or otherwise exploiting the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
- Attempting to access another player's account, the Platform's back-end systems, or any data to which you are not authorised to have access.
- Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the service experience of other players, including through abusive language directed at live dealers or customer support staff.
33abd's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where prohibited conduct results in winnings being paid to a player, those winnings may be reclaimed by 33abd without the requirement of a court order or formal demand.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 33abd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, data, and design elements, is the property of 33abd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from 33abd.
The 33abd brand name and logo are trademarks of 33abd. Unauthorised use of the 33abd name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law. Third-party game provider names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under licence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33abd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33abd specifically excludes liability for the following:
- Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, even if 33abd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Service interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside 33abd's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from the player's own decisions, including the decision to place a specific bet, to continue playing after a loss, or to decline to set available responsible gaming controls.
- Any content, actions, or omissions of third-party game providers whose games are accessible via the Platform. Third-party providers operate under their own terms of service, and 33abd's liability in respect of their products is limited to facilitating access.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy and Data Protection
33abd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and the circumstances under which it may be shared.
All connections to the Platform are secured using SSL encryption. 33abd does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
Amendments to These Terms
33abd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes your rights or obligations under these Terms — 33abd will take reasonable steps to bring the amendment to the attention of registered players, which may include a notice displayed on the Platform at login or an email to the registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to be read and interpreted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 33abd in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and understandings.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, bonus settlement, or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform, please contact 33abd's customer support team in the first instance. 33abd will investigate all disputes fairly and in good faith and will respond with a written determination. 33abd's determination on sports betting results and game outcomes is final and binding, as those results are determined by the relevant sporting authority or by certified game software, as applicable.
